Perhaps the most famous citrus fruit from Japan, the fragrant Yuzu has long lent its fragrance to many aspects of Japanese culture. The fragrance is sweet, floral and is a similar to ripe lemons with a touch of mandarin orange. This refreshing scent is not only used in food, but has been used to scent Japanese baths as well.
 
Our Yuzu oil is produced from fruit grown right here in Japan. The Yuzu oil is extracted from the peel and crushed fruit via steam distillation.
